The new space features a mini creel line, two circular knitting machines, and a finishing corner with a compact stenter. Merchandisers can dial in drape and recovery while watching real-time adjustments to twist levels or lycra plating.

Our Vietnam technical team connects daily with the Shaoxing R&D center via a shared PLM environment. Once a fabric is locked, the digital thread is handed over to production with pre-approved tolerances, reducing redundant pilot runs.

Brands working through the studio gain visibility into local yarn and trim libraries, enabling smarter near-shore sourcing strategies for ASEAN fulfillment. The lab calendar is now open for March concept meetings with focus on lightweight fleece and resort travel knits.
