The new finishing hub in Ningbo passed its multi-week validation run and is now processing bulk orders for two athleisure accounts. The facility carries twin winch dye ranges and laser-inspection frames that mirror our Vietnam setup, so style libraries can shift between countries without additional lab dips.

The line is configured for lean lot sizes—down to 800 meters—allowing seasonal capsules to move through without tying up tank time. For larger programs, synchronized shift scheduling across Ningbo and Ho Chi Minh City enables dual loading windows, trimming average door-to-door time by nine days into the US East Coast.

Our quality lab streams inline data to the central MES, giving merchandisers live visibility of shade, skew, and shrinkage. During peak periods, the hub provides 30 percent overflow capacity for cationic blends, ensuring color continuity on heather programs popular with active brands.

Customers focused on sustainability can route orders through the plant's reclaimed water circuit, which reduces freshwater draw by 68 percent. The team is now piloting low-liquor- ratio dyeing to support future Science Based Targets (SBTi) commitments.
